Kidoizumi Shuzō have been brewing sake since 1879 & are famous for their exclusive brewing methods that result in unique, full bodied, complex sake. The AFS is produced with a unique ‘one-stage’ fermentation [Ichi-dan Shikomi], this gives this Sake a much higher tart acidity, green apple aroma and a delicate sweetness.
