This is the last stock of the 2008 Yamada Nishiki & Nihonbare blend from Naka Shuzō. Here again is the stunning Asahi Wakamatsu style in full effect. The complexity in this Sake is incredible, full aged-nama characters of mushroom, cocoa, earth and acidity shine. This sake has been aged at the brewery for the last 6 years before being released.
