How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

For Sydney Metro, Sydney Outer Metro, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane, all deliveries should arrive 2-3 days from shipping date. For South Australia allow 3-4 days from shipping date. Western Australia & Tasmania allow 5-7 days.

How Do I Know If My Order Has Shipped?

When we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. 

Do you ship to a business address and/or P.O.Box?

Yes, we do ship to business addresses, which is advised if no one is at your home address to sign for the delivery. You must be sure to include the business/company name, as well as a suite of floor number in the ship-to information to ensure that the package(s) are routed properly. We cannot, however, ship to P.O. Boxes under any circumstances.

If I ordered today, when will my order ship?

Orders placed by 3 PM will normally ship within two business days, providing all items are in stock.  You will be notified by email that your order has been shipped. If you place an order Thursday through Sunday however, we will use our discretion with regards to weather conditions as to if the shipment will not go out until the following Monday to prevent it from being held in a storage facility over the weekend.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Unfortunately no, currently we only ship within Australia.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a pick-up service at this time.

What Do I Do If I Need To Change My Order Or Shipping Information?

If you need to change your order or your shipping information, please email us immediately at hello@blackmarketsake.com so we can update your order. We may or may not be able to make the change, depending on how quickly you get in touch with us, but we will do our best.

Why Was My Order Cancelled?

This is very unlikely to happen to you, but we do occasionally cancel orders due to shortage of materials or suspicion of fraud. If we do cancel your order, we will contact you immediately with an explanation.
