‘Shinbunshi’ means wrapped in Newspaper and this refers to the distinctive packaging of the bottles. The Shinbunshi 60 is a blend of two rice types - Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo prefecture and Gohyakumangoku from Toyama. A fragrant and complex Sake with medium weight and a savoury balance with a mineral backbone.
