Pale Ale

Minoh Beer was founded in 1996 by Masaji Oshita who was at the time the owner of a liquor shop in Osaka. He wanted more interesting beer varieties in Japan and after the brewing laws changed in 1994, he was able to establish a small craft beer brewery of his own. He chose the city of Minoh in north-western Osaka, famous for its national parks and wild monkeys.

The Pale Ale from Minoh represents a thirst quenching classic pale style with a refreshing citrus aroma that blends American hops. A classic ale that you can session with a pleasant bitterness and sharpness with a full aroma.
