The Herbalist Yaso Gin
The Herbalist Yaso Gin
THE HERBALIST YASO GIN has undergone a complete change in production methods.
The first major change is in the distillation process. Using a large distillation machine at the distillery, the temperature is gradually raised and carefully distilled over time to create a highly aromatic gin without sacrificing the flavors of the botanicals.
The 20 botanicals that give the gin its aroma are carefully selected and distilled in seven parts. The distillation process was changed to maximise the aroma of each botanical.
The scent of such new THE HERBALIST YASO GIN is “imaginary fruits in the forest. An imaginary fruit that does not actually exist.
This mysterious fruit has a fresh, fruity, sweet aroma with a hint of spice and an oriental flavour. The aroma of herbs and trees are then added to create a special flavor with a herbal and refreshing aroma that THE HERBALIST YASO believes will leave a lasting impression on the nose.
